Transport Warmer Rental Fees:

Our transport containers can be left with you for a small rental fee of $40.00 per container.  Left unopened, these containers will keep food piping hot for up to 8 hours.

We do ask for a credit card number as a security deposit for any warmers that you rent from us. We will hold on to the credit card number until our warmers are brought back to us; if you would like for us to pick up our warmers, we will charge a delivery fee for this. All rented transport warmers are due back the very next day.  Transport warmers rented on Saturday are due back on Tuesday by 4:30 PM.

Checks are accepted until 4 weeks before event. All payments after that must be made by cash, credit card, or money order.

Cancellation fees:

• Full deposit of $100.00 is forfeited if cancelled at any time.
• 24 hours or less before event 75% of total paid is forfeited.
• 48 hours or less before event 50% of total paid is forfeited.

Payment of $100.00 deposit is required to reserve date and time of event.

Balance must be paid in full 2 weeks before event.
